Innovation and Practice of Medical Social Work Based on Strength Perspective

将"优势视角"运用到医务社会工作可以避免介入工作形式化和问题化倾向,强调社工在实际工作过程中要一切从患者与社会环境的优势出发,相信患者有适应危机和改变危机的能力,并运用科学的优势测量方法发掘案主及其家庭和社会支持网络存在的各类优势资源,将这些优势整合为"个人优势"、"家庭优势"、"社会支持网络优势",进行优势建设,最终形成案主自我改变、自我发展的抗击逆境的能力,真正实现助人自助。

Applying the strength perspective theory into medical social work can avoid the formalization and problematic interpretation of social work. This paper emphasized that social work must be based on the patients＇ own strength and social environment. Meanwhile, medical social workers have to believe in patients＇ abilities of coping with and overcoming crisis. It also explored the scientifie approach of strength building, which is to integrate strength resources of individual, family and social network. Therefore, the patients＇ self-changing and self-developing abilities will be fostered, and the resiliency can help themselves by caring others.
