摘要
依据能效测评技术,选择固定的夏热冬冷地区居住建筑(体型系数、窗墙比、朝向固定),通过改变外围护结构形式,用能效测评的方法动态分析建筑物的全年单位面积总能耗来评估外墙保温、屋面保温、门窗节能构造措施在降低建筑能耗中的贡献,从而评估建筑节能率。
On the basis of energy efficiency evaluation technique, we choose the residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter region(with fixed shape coefficient, ratio of window to wall, fixed orientation). By changing the external envelope structure, the annual total energy consumption per unit area is analyzed with the dynamic method of building energy efficiency evaluation to assess the contribution of thermal insulation of external wall, roof insulation and energy-saving door and window structure measures in reducing building energy consumption, and evaluate the building energy saving rate.
