Practice on Energy-Efficiency Renovation of Public Buildings in Chongqing

根据重庆市公共建筑节能改造重点城市示范项目建设实践,统计了国家机关办公建筑、非国家机关办公建筑、商场建筑、宾馆饭店建筑等类型建筑的平均能耗,以及空调系统、照明插座、动力系统、特殊用电分项能耗比例,结合国家《建筑能耗标准》(征求意见稿)分析了重庆市公共建筑能耗现状;介绍了重庆市公共建筑节能改造的经济激励措施和具体的改造技术措施,通过项目案例分析了建筑用能系统改造后的单项节能率和综合节能率,项目改造实践表明,节能效益显著,效果明显。

The average energy consumption of government buildings, rwn-government buildings, shopping malls, conditioning sys practice on pub hotels are analyzed, as well as the subentry energy consumption proportion for air- tern, lighting and socket, power system and special electricity supply system, according to lic building energy-efficiency renovation of key city demonstration project construction in Chongqing. The present situation of energy consumption of public buildings in Chongqing is analyzed combined with the draft of national ＂Building Energy Consumption Standard＂. The economic incentive measures and specific measures for public b uilding energy-efficiency renovation in Chongqing are introduced, the individual energy saving rate and the comprehensive energy saving rate after transforming the building energy system ave analyzed through the project case. The energy-efficiency renovation practice shows the energy efficiency retrofit is s ignificant and the effect is obvious.
