Reflections and Expectations: China's Teaching Practice under the Context of Teachers' Professionalization

摘要 我国目前高师教育实习观念偏狭、目标简单化、过程形式化及指导教师与实习场地的匮乏,其原因源于教师专业化认识上的迷茫和工具理性主义的教师教育理论取向。要改变这种状况,我们必须树立先进的教师教育观念,重构现代教育实习观,实现教育实习目标、活动形式、管理机制及指导与评价的转变。 The current concept of teaching practice in the institutions of higher learning tends to be parochial, and the goal simplified, the process formalized, with inadequate teaching practice resources, which are due to the confused understanding of the teacher's professionalization and instrumental orientation of teacher's development theory. If we want to change this situation, we need to set up the advanced teacher's development theory, reconstruct the concept of modern teaching practice so as to realize shifts in the objectives of teaching practice, forms of activities, management mechanism and guidance and assessment.
