The Micro-blog community provides a new thinking for the teaching innovation. Many shortcomings of classroom teaching could be made up by micro-blogging community teaching, which makes teaching extend to extracurricular and promote group knowledge construction. By systematically analyzing the advantages of micro-blogging community in teaching and the dynamic process of collective intelligence's generation, the article constructs a new micro-blogging community teaching mode to optimize the teaching effect and improve the teaching efficiency. The new teaching mode takes students as the center, "O2O" as the form, the interaction of learning as the means, learning analysis as the guarantee, the intelligence generation as the objective, and can connect the online and offiine seamlessly, make the process management deeply integrate with objective management and realize the transformation of education idea. The new teaching mode will have important guiding significance to micro-blogging community teaching practice.
