摘要
探讨了局部可重配置精密微小型车铣复合加工机床的总体设计技术,设计了铣削总成、双工位数控转台、YB轴组件等主要功能模块,并在此基础上组合调试了4轴与5轴车铣复合加工机床。
The general design technology of local - scale reconfigurable precise micro turning - milling machine tool is researched, and the main functional modules, such as milling assembly, numerical control rotary ta- ble with two stations, and Y(B) -axis components, are chine tool and five -axis turning -milling machine tool designed. The four - axis turning - milling ma- are manufactured and tested.
