摘要
在研究假废品问题方面与以往研究者不同点在于,以方便操作工判断加工件是否为假废品为目的,研究实测法的计算公式,并将公式的计算转化为数据表,使操作工在实际工作中针对加工件的实际参数值查表,很快就能判断出加工件是否为假废品。涉及的算法既保证封闭环的精度要求,又不压缩其他组成环的公差,追求被换算的工序尺寸具有尽可能大的公差范围。尤其对封闭环精度要求高时,意义更为突出。
