摘要
利用螺纹数控分段铣削技术,解决了某实际生产中零件盲孔内螺纹的加工困难,并介绍了螺纹分段铣削数控程序编制方法。经过试件的加工,验证了该方法的可行性和正确性,为长螺纹高效铣削加工技术提供了借鉴和参考。
This article uses NC partly - milling technology of thread to solve the problem about the hard making of invisible holes on parts in actual production. At the same time introduces how to write thread NC milling code. By applying in the test - piece,identifies the feasibility and the correctness of the method and pro- vides reference for further research on long -thread NC technology.
