摘要
针对复杂模具表面曲面检测难以及检测要求高等问题,提出了应用数模比对方法进行模具曲面精度检测。以带复杂滚花特征的车用皮带轮作为检测对象,通过激光扫描仪采集获取点云数据模型,在Geomagic Qualify软件平台上对点云数据模型和原始CAD模型进行数模比对,实现对模具整体偏差、重要截面以及尺寸精度的检测。该研究为复杂模具表面的检测提供了快捷、方便、准确的方法。
A method of digital model comparison is introduced for the complex mold surface measure which is diffi- cult and of high requirement. A car pulley with complex knurled features is used as measure object in this research. The point cloud data of the mold surface is acquired from the laser scanner and then the obtained data model and the original CAD model are compared in the software of Geomagic Qualify. The digital model comparison achieves the measure of entirety deviation, important section and dimension ac- curacy. This research provides a convenient, swift and accurate method for the measure of complex mold surfaces.
