摘要 分析转向节螺纹孔系的加工精度要求,制定了转向节螺纹孔的加工工艺方案,设计一种四工位多轴钻组合机床,通过回转机构进行4个工位的分度、旋转。介绍了机床主要部件夹具、吹气排屑机构、定位面清理机构、冷却排屑系统等结构特点。该机床已成功应用于生产实际,能有效减小重复定位误差,提高加工效率,降低生产成本。 Analyze steering knuckle threaded holes machining accuracy requirements, formulate the processing scheme of steering knuckle threaded holes, to design a four - station multi - axis drilling machine tool, using the swing mechanism to dividing and rotating the four station. Introduce major components of the machine tool and fixture, blowing chip removal mechanism, locating surface cleaning mechanism and cooling chip removal system structure characteristics, etc. The machine tool has been successfully ap- plied to practical production, can effectively reduce the repeated positioning error, and improve the pro- cessing efficiency, reduce production costs.
