摘要
分析了数控龙门镗铣床的五面复合镗铣头的机械结构、FANUC 31i数控系统的Cs轮廓控制,以及M19主轴定向的控制方式,设计了一种利用系统简单的M19定向功能来进行五面复合镗铣头的任意等分角度的控制方式,在保证机床可靠性的同时,大大降低了机床的成本。
By analyzing the mechanical structure of five - sides boring - milling head of CNC gantry boring - mill- ing machine, control mode of Cs contour control and M19 spindle orientation about FANUC 31i CNC system, a control mode is designed which uses the simple M19 orientation function to carry on the con- trol of arbitrary aliquot angle about five - sides boring - milling head. Greatly reduces the cost of the machine and ensures the reliability of the machine at the same time.
