特厚近直立煤层水平分段开采冲击地压防治技术研究

摘要 针对乌东煤矿南采区水平分段开采特厚近直立煤层过程中发生的冲击地压问题,在现场实测数据的基础上,对冲击地压的影响因素进行了分析,得出煤层冲击倾向性、近直立的顶底板岩层结构、较高的构造应力场与开采扰动,是导致冲击的主要因素。提出采用"现场监测+针对性治理"的防治技术,即根据影响因素分析与现场监测结果,有针对性地进行冲击地压卸压解危。现场实践表明:采用煤层注水与顶底板爆破防治特厚近直立煤层冲击地压,取得了较好的效果。 Aiming at the rock burst problem on the process of mining the near vertical extra-thick coal seam by sub-level in Wudong coal mine southsublevel, the influence factors of rockburst are analyzed on the basis of field monitoring data, and it is concluded that the coal seam rockburst tendency, suberect roof and floor layer structure, high tectonic stress field and mining disturbance are major factors to lead to rock-burst.The control technology " on-site monitoring + targeted governance" is proposed to use, according to the influence factors analysis and monitoring results in field, targeted measures are done to relieve stress for rock-burst. Field practice shows that: the measures of injection water in coal seam and blasting in roof and floor to prevent rockburst at extra-thick and nearly erect coal seam achieves good result.
