摘要
文章针对世界首台600MW超临界循环流化床(简称CFB)锅炉在启动调试期间点火风道及燃烧器等设备出现故障以及调试运行期间锅炉左右支腿床温偏差大、锅炉炉膛结焦等问题,从设备结构设计、运行调整等方面分析了故障的原因,并根据不同的故障类型,有针对性地采取了措施,解决了调试期间设备出现的故障,确保了机组首次并网到"168"h试运通过仅只用49d,为后续项目推广应用提供借鉴。
During the start-up and commissioning of the world first 600MW supercritical circulating fluid-ized bed (CFB) boiler, ignition air duct and combustion equipment failure, branch leg bed temperature devia-tion, boiler furnace coking problem, explores the reasons of the fault from the structure design and operation, and according to the different types of fault have targeted taken measures to solve the fault, to ensure that the unit through the“168”hours trial just using 49 days only from the first grid connection, for the popular-ization and application of the follow-up project to provide reference.
