摘要 神宁煤业集团甲醇厂煤制甲醇工艺中,甲醇合成工段对合成气中硫化氢含量控制要求极其严格,要求含量小于0.1×10-6(V/V)。目前用于分析测定气体中硫化氢的方法有天然气中硫化氢含量的测定、亚甲基蓝法、着色长度检测管法、氧化微库仑法测定总硫含量、气相色谱法等。本文选用气相色谱法进行试验讨论,主要从本法测定过程中所涉及的标准气体浓度变化、标气流量、减压阀材质、色谱柱饱和情况等方面,详细讨论从曲线制作到样品测定过程中的影响因素,来保证方法测定的准确度,以便能正确地指导工艺操作,防止发生合成催化剂中毒等不良后果。 Shenhua ningxia coal group methanol factory coal methanol synthesis process, the hydrogen sulfide content in the methanol synthesis section of the syngas is extremely strict control requirements, the required content is less than 0.1 × 10^-6 (V/V). There is to analyze the method of the determination of hydrogen sul-fide in gas h2s content in gas measurement, methylene blue method, test tube method, oxidation coloring length micro coulomb method to determine the total sulfur content, gas chromatography, etc. This article test-ed by gas chromatography.the's discussion, mainly involved in the process of from the determination of stan-dard gas concentration change, the gas flow rate, pressure reducing valve material, chromatographic column of saturated condition, etc., discussed in detail from the curve was used to determine the influence factors in the process of production to, to ensure that the method for determining accuracy, in order to correctly guide the process operation, prevent as well as the synthesis catalyst poisoning.
