重载大行程运动机构带传动可靠性研究

Research of the Belt Drive Reliability of Large Travel and Heavy Duty Motion Mechanism

针对目前重载大行程运动机构设计制造成本高、通用性差等问题,提出一种采用带传动作为主要传动形式的新型运动机构系统,并根据可靠性设计和优化设计理论对系统传动关键部件带传动系统进行可靠性与横向振动研究。

To the problems of design and manufacture high- cost,poor universality of the heavy duty and large travel motion mechanism at present,a new motion mechanism adopting belt drive system is proposed as the main driving type,and according to the reliability design and optimization design theory,the transverse vibration and reliability of key components of the drive system of belt drive system are researched.
