航空渐开线花键副齿面摩擦功分析 被引量:10

Analysis of Tooth Surface Friction Work of Aviation Involute Spline Pair

摘要 基于有限元法,建立了航空渐开线花键副模型,对花键副齿面接触时产生的摩擦功进行了数值计算,分析了轴心偏移对渐开线花键副主要参数的影响,获得了其齿面最大摩擦功的变化规律。研究结果表明,摩擦功随轴心偏移量的递增而变大,但增幅逐渐变小;摩擦功随摩擦因数的增大而增加,增幅较为恒定;外花键孔径特别大时,摩擦功增幅显著;接触长度大于0.45时花键副摩擦功趋于平稳。 Based on finite element method,the aviation involute spline pair model is built,the numerical calculation of the tooth surface friction work of the spline pair tooth surface contact. The influence of the axis deviation on main parameters of involute spline pair is analyzed,the changes law of the maximum tooth friction work is obtained. The results show that,the friction work will increase with the value of axis deviation increasing,while increment slows down; the friction work will increase with friction coefficient increasing,while increment is comparatively constant. The increment of friction work is significant when pore diameter of external spline is especially large,the friction work goes to besteady when contact length is larger than 0. 45.
