链条式起下作业系统关键部件的有限元分析 被引量:1

Finite Element Analysis of the Key Component of Chain- type Lifting System

摘要 为了研究蒸汽驱注式高温不压井修井作业机起下作业系统中链条传力部件的安全可靠性,利用有限元软件进行分析,精确模拟出链条静强度应力分布情况,得出链条最大等效应力小于材料的屈服极限,并且销轴和套筒接触部位极易磨损,而磨损后,链节距加大,链条总长度增加会降低其使用寿命;在此基础上对链条的疲劳寿命进行理论计算与模拟分析,计算结果表明,该结构在载荷工况下均完全满足工作要求。 In order to study the security and reliability of chain force transmission components of note-temperature steam flooding snubbing workover machine lifting operating system,the analysis is carried out by using the finite element software,the distribution of the chain static strength stress is accurately simulated,the result of chain the maximum equivalent stress is less than the yield limit of the material is obtained,and the contact portion of the pin and sleeve is easy to wear,when worn,the chain pitch increase,the service life will be reduced with the increasing of total length of the chain. On this basis,the computing and simulation analysis of the chain fatigue life are carried out,the results show that the structure of are fully satisfy the work requirements under the load conditions.
