摘要
基于公切线型双圆弧为齿廓的柔轮和椭圆波发生器的谐波齿轮传动为研究对象,建立三维装配模型,对模型进行有限元分析。在基础结构上对柔轮的结构做了一定的改进,即在柔轮齿上倒角和在柔轮光滑圆筒的外表面切入一定的圆弧深度,对比分析了其柔轮的应力分布、应力集中情况。并分析了柔轮应力随着齿上倒角半径大小和柔轮光滑圆筒外表面切入的圆弧深度的变化情况。
The overall three- dimensional assembly models of harmonic gear drive with double- circular- arc tooth profile and elliptical wave generator is established,then,the finite element analysis of the assembly model is carried out. Some improvements of the flexspline structure including fillet radius on flexible gear tooth and cut on smooth cylindrical outer surface of the flexible wheel is carried out on the basic structure,on The stress distribution and stress concentration of the flexspline are compared and analyzed. And the variation condition of the flexspline stress with the size of gear tooth fillet radius and the cut into the depth of arc of e flexible wheel smooth cylindrical outer surface is analyzed.
