Establishing New Management Modes for College Students' Organizations with the Inspiration of“SelfAssisted”Communities

高校社团是群众性学生组织,但目前社团的管理受到较大的限制,制约了它的发展。因此,高校的社团需要在管理结构、经费来源和活动单位等方面作出调整,让社团自助化,开启高校学生组织管理的新模式。

Communities in colleges are mass organizations among students. However, the current management on communities is so limited that their development has been restricted. Therefore, we should adjust the communities in colleges in the following aspects such as management structure, fund source, units undertaking activity, etc, making them self-assisted, so as to establish new management modes for college students＇ organizations.
