合作网络模式下的环境治理研究

Research on the Environment Governance with Cooperative Network Mode

社会经济的不断发展所带来的环境问题日益严峻,但是相关的环境治理措施还不够完善,政府作为唯一的治理主体已经不能满足公共需求。在这一背景下应运而生的合作网络模式,不仅致力于政府间的相互合作,还强调政府与非营利组织、企业以及公民之间的良性互动。

The continuous development of social economy has brought more and more serious environmental problems. However, our measures for environment governance are not perfect enough. The government, as the only subject for environment governance, can not meet public requirements. The cooperative network mode appearing under this background not only works for the cooperation between local governments, but also emphasizes the good interactions between government and non-profitable organizations as well as those between enterprises and citizens.
