十字花科植物对小菜蛾生长发育和繁殖的影响 被引量:7

摘要 小菜蛾是十字花科植物的重要害虫,也是世界上最难控制的害虫之一,为了对其进行预测预报和防治,采用小菜蛾嗜食的大青萝卜、芥菜、花椰菜、油菜、大白菜、甘蓝、水萝卜7种十字花科植物饲养小菜蛾,研究不同寄主植物对小菜蛾生长发育和繁殖的影响。结果表明:取食芥菜的小菜蛾蛹最重,产卵量最多,总历期较短;取食甘蓝的小菜蛾幼虫历期最短,产卵量较多,总历期最短;而取食大青萝卜的幼虫历期较长,蛹较轻,产卵量最少。比较而言,小菜蛾最适寄主是芥菜、甘蓝和水萝卜,其次是大白菜、油菜和花椰菜,最不适宜的寄主是大青萝卜。 Plutella xylostella (L.) is a serious pest on cruciferous plants,becoming one of the hardest pests to control. Seven cruciferous plants big green radish, mustard, broccoli, rape, celery cabbage, cabbage and radish were used to test the preference,growth and reproduction of P. xylostella were analyzed, for forecast, prevention and control of Plutella xylostella (L.). The results showed that the Plutella xylostella fed with mustard had the largest pupal weight, the maximum fecundity, and the shorter growth duration; and fed with cabbage had the shortest larval duration,the more fecundity and the shortest growth duration; but fed with big green radish had the longer larval duration, the lighter pupal weight and the least fecundity. These results showed that the most suitable host plants for Plutella :rylostella (L.) were mustard, cabbage and radish, followed by celery cabbage, rape and broccoli,the unsuitable host plant was big greenradish.
