摘要
植酸是畜禽植物性饲料中磷存在的主要形式,绝大多数单胃动物的消化道内缺乏分解植酸的酶,对植物性饲料中植酸的利用率很低。植酸酶可提高动物对磷酸盐的利用率,减少动物排泄物中磷的含量,提高营养成分的吸收利用。研究对植酸酶的来源、作用机制、应用及其在基因工程研究方面取得的进展进行了综述,并讨论其进一步的研究发展方向。
Phytic acid is the major form of phosphorus in animal phytogenic feed. Most monogastric animals which was lack of phytase in digestive system had low efficiency of utilizing phytic acid in phytogenic feed. Phytase could improve utilization of phosphate,reduce the amount of phosphorus in animal faeces and improve the absorption and utilization of nutrients. The latest developments of phytase application and research progress of gene engineering were summarized,and the direction of further research was discussed.
