摘要
微RNA(miRNA)是一类非编码单链小分子RNA,在转录后水平通过对靶基因信使RNA的降解或翻译抑制进而调节基因表达。miRNA在细胞增殖、分化、凋亡、炎症等生物学过程中发挥重要作用。研究发现,miRNA在炎症及相关疾病中表达异常,并通过调节多种基因表达及信号通路参与炎症及疾病的发生、发展过程。该文对miRNA与炎症及其相关疾病(如炎症性肠病、消化性溃疡、病毒性肝炎等)关系的研究进展予以综述。
miRNAs are small non-coding RNA molecules that modulate the expression of multiple pro-tein-encoding genes at the post-transcriptional level by degradation or translational repression of mRNAs for targeting genes.miRNAs have emerged as key regulators of various biological processes including cell prolif-eration,differentiation, apoptosis and inflammation.They have recently been discovered to be abnormally expressed in inflammation related diseases and involved in the pathogenesis through regulation of numerous genes and pathways.Here is to make a review of the current understanding of the association of miRNAs with inflammation and inflammation related diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease , peptic ulcer and virus hepatitis.
