间充质干细胞治疗心血管疾病的研究进展

Mesenchymal Stem Cells in the Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases

间充质干细胞(MSCs)是一类具有向广泛组织自我更新和分化潜能的成体干细胞,在移植、组织修复和再生领域具有广泛前景。近年来干细胞替代疗法成为治疗心血管疾病的热点。大量的动物实验表明,MSCs移植具有修复和改善心肌细胞及心血管细胞的能力。在临床研究中,MSCs能有效改善左心室射血分数,诱导心肌重构,降低梗死面积,减轻缺血/再灌注损伤。该文对MSCs的生物学特性及治疗心血管疾病的研究进展予以综述。

Mesenchymal stem cells（ MSCs） are a category of adult stem cells with wide self-renewal and differentiation potential,and broad prospects in the field of transplantation and tissue repair and regeneration . In recent years,the stem cell replacement therapy has become a hot spot in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Numerous studies in animal models have demonstrated the ability of transplanted MSCs to renovate and differentiate into cardiomyocytes and vasculature cells.In clinical trials,MSCs therapy improved left ven-tricular function, induced reverse remodeling, decreased infarction size and relieved ischemic-reperfusion injury.Here reviews the current understanding of MSCs biological features and MSCs in the treatment of car-diovascular disease.
