影响突发性聋预后的研究进展

Progress in the Prognosis of Sudden Deafness

突发性感音神经性聋(突发性聋)为耳科常见急症之一,目前病因学说较多,公认的为内耳循环障碍和病毒感染。但由于病因尚不明确,因此治疗方法多样,且多具盲目性,无法评价其疗效。因此,探讨影响突发性聋预后的相关因素,在指导临床治疗方面具有重要意义。该文就年龄、性别、伴发症状、合并2型糖尿病、听力学表现、治疗方法等因素对突发性聋的预后影响予以综述。

Sudden deafness is a frequent emergency in otology,and there are various theories of etiology currently,among which disturbance of inner ear circulation and viral infection are generally accepted .However, there are also varied therapeutic methods because of the ambiguity of pathogenesis,and these treatments are mostly disoriented that we can′t evaluate the clinical results.So it is important for the clinical practice to dis-cuss the factors affecting the prognosis of sudden deafness.Here is to make a review of the influence of the following factors possibly affecting the prognosis of sudden deafness,such as age,gender,concomitant symp-tom,concurrent type 2 diabetes mellitus,audiological features and therapies.
