良性前列腺增生症的药物治疗进展

前列腺是男性特有的性腺器官,位于膀胱颈的下方,包绕着膀胱口与尿道结合部位。良性前列腺增生症(BPH)是中老年男性最为常见的一种疾病,典型症状为排尿不适,其主要的治疗方法有药物治疗、手术治疗和微创治疗。而对于早期有临床症状或年龄偏大不适合手术的患者主要采用药物治疗。BPH药物治疗的安全性和有效性已得到证实。该文对5α-还原酶抑制剂、α1肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂、M受体阻滞剂、植物药、中成药等药物治疗BPH的作用机制予以综述。
