摘要
视频喉镜可提供更佳的声门视野,并可将插管过程呈像于显示屏上,增加团队成员间的协作,所需的插管条件更易于实现,获得更高的困难插管成功率,更短的学习曲线,正逐渐成为一线插管用具,在手术室、急诊科、重症监护病房得到广泛的使用,但尚存在一定的不足与缺陷。目前已有多种类型的视频喉镜可供选用,适用于不同类型的困难气道。
Video-laryngoscopes can provide better glottic visualization ,which can display the intubation process on the screen and improve the team work,and an easier condition for intubation,achieving a higher success rate for difficult airways,and a faster learning curve,becoming the first-line technique in airway man-agement,widely used in operating room,emergency department and intensive care unit,though there are still some defects.There were many types of video laryngoscopes available,suitable for different types of difficult airway.
