摘要
以芳醛、达米酮和2-氧代-4-芳氨基-5,6-二氢化吡啶-1(2 H)-羧酸叔丁酯为原料,以离子液体[BMIm]Br为绿色介质,80°C反应获得一系列7,7-二甲基-1,9-二氧代-5,10-二芳基-3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10-八氢化苯并[b][1,6]萘啶-2(1 H)-羧酸酯衍生物.通过氢谱、红外光谱和高分辨质谱表征产物的结构,该反应具有产率高、多组分一步反应、环境友好和反应条件温和等优点.
Using aldehyde, dimedone and tert-butyl 2-oxo-4- ( arylamino)-5,6-dihydropyridine-1 ( 2 H)-earboxylate as reactants, a series of tert-butyl 5,10-diaryl-7,7-dimethyl-1,9-dioxo-3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10-octahydrobenzo [b] [ 1,6 ] naphthyridine-2(1H)-carboxylate derivatives are obtained in ionic liquids of [BMIm]Br at 80 ℃. Their structures are characterized by 1 HNMR, IR and HRMS, and the procedure has the advantages of high yields,multi-components in one pot reaction,milder reaction conditions and environmentally benign.
