Experience of Gao Zhi in Treating Gynecopathy with Couplet Medicines

药对,又称对药,一般由两味中药配伍组合而成。在"七情和合"的理论基础上,古今医家在医疗实践中创制了很多简单有效的药对。本文选取高智名老中医治疗妇科病常用的七组药对,整理其性味功效和主治用量,分析其配伍特点及作用机理,以便更好地研究中药七情配伍的临床应用及方剂组合的规律特点,继承发扬名老中医经验,供广大中医师参考借鉴。

Objective Couplet Medicines, also known as paired medicines, generally consists of concerted application of two Chinese herbal medicines. On the basis of ＂harmony of seven relations＂ theory, the ancient and modern physicians created a lot of simple and effective couplet medicines in medical practice. In this paper, seven couplet medicines which were commonly used by famous and veteran Doctor of TCM Gao Zhi to treat gyneeopathy were selected. We sorted out the nature and flavour and efficacy, syndrome and dosage, and analyzed characteristics of concerted applieation and mechanism of action in order to better study the elinieal use of eoncerted application of the seven relations and the principle and features of the combination of prescription, inherit and develop the experience of famous and veteran Doctor of TCM, and provide reference for the majority of physieians of TCM.
