摘要
目的探讨自拟排气散灸脐配合针刺对剖宫产术后肠功能恢复和乳汁分泌的影响。方法选择100例剖宫产患者按照数字列表法分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组给予术后常规西医治疗,观察组在常规西医治疗的基础上给予自拟排气散灸脐配合针刺治疗,比较两组患者首次肠蠕动时间、肛门排气时间、初乳时间、乳汁满足新生儿需要时间及满足率。结果观察组产妇平均肠蠕动时间、肛门排气时间、初乳时间分别为(19.25±7.85)h、(24.78±8.95)h、(22.82±10.92)h,较对照组的(27.45±6.45)h、(34.36±7.29)h、(30.78±11.45)h短,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇满足率为96%,明显高于对照组的80%,观察组平均满足新生儿需要时间为(52.75±16.24)h,较对照组的(60.78±16.45)h短,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟排气散灸脐配合针刺可有效促进剖宫产术后产妇肠功能的恢复和乳汁分泌。
Objective To investigate the effect of umbilicus moxibustion with self-made Paiqi San combined with acupuncture on recovering intestinal function and milk secretion after cesarean section. Methods 100 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table method. 50 patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment, while the observation group were given umbilicus moxibustion with self-made Paiqi San combined with acupuncture on the basis of conventional therapy. The first peristalsis time, flatus, colostrum time, breast milk to meet the newborn takes time and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The average motility time, flatus, colostrum time of the observation group were ( 19.25 ±7.85) h, (24.78 ±8.95) h and (22.82 ± 10.92) h, which had statistically significant compared with (27.45 ±6.45) h, (34.36 ± 7.29) h, (30.78 ± 11.45) h of the control group (P 〈 0.05); maternal satisfy of the observation group was 96% , which was significantly higher than 80% of the control group. The average of meeting newborns need time were (52. 75 ± 16.24) h, which was shorter than (60.78 ± 16.45 ) h of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Umbilicus moxibustion with self-made Paiqi San combined with acupuncture can effectively promote the recovery of maternal milk secretion and intestinal function after cesarean section.
