中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Integrated Western Medicine in Treating Angina of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效及分析。方法选择92例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,两组均46例,对照组予常规抗心绞痛治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服自拟益气化瘀方加减治疗。结果观察组临床疗效、心电图疗效与对照组比较,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05),两组血脂各指标比较,观察组TC、TG及LDL降低均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的HDL升高显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛,可显著改善患者的临床症状、心电图情况及血脂情况,疗效显著。

Objective To explore the curative effect of integrated western medicine in treating angina of coroary heart disease. Methods 92 cases of angina of coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 46 cases with each group. The control group received routine therapy of angina; the observation group based on the control group were received self-made Yiqi Huayu Decoction treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the clinical curative effect and electrocardiogram effect of observation group was significantly better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Compared various indexes of two groups of blood lipid, TC, TG and LDL in the observation group decreased significantly than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, HDL in the observation group elevated significantly than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Treatment of angina of coronary heart disease with integrated Western medicine can improve clinical symptoms, ECG and blood lipid, which has curative effect.
