深圳地区哮喘患儿HLA-DRB1、DQB1基因表达与天灸疗法疗效相关性研究

摘要 目的:探讨深圳地区哮喘患儿HLA-DRB1、DQB1基因表达与天灸疗法疗效是否具有相关性。方法:使用序列特异性引物-聚合酶链反应(PCR-SSP)方法,对20例哮喘患儿和5例正常对照者进行HLA-DRB1、HLA-DQB1等位基因分型及分布,以天灸疗法对哮喘患儿进行治疗,分析天灸疗法的疗效与哮喘患儿HLADRB1、DQB1基因表达是否具有相关性。结果:深圳地区哮喘患儿HLA-DRB1*0901和DQB1*0301等位基因频率出现最高,而对哮喘患儿天灸前后外周血总Ig E测定结果显示,天灸疗法能显著降低哮喘患儿外周血总Ig E,其疗效与HLA-Ⅱ类基因等位基因分型无明显相关性。结论:HLA-DRB1*0901和DQB1*0301可能是深圳地区哮喘患儿的易感基因,而天灸疗法的疗效与等位基因无明显相关性。 Objective:Study on the relevance between HLA-DRB1, DQB1 gene's expression and vesiculation therapy effect of the children with asthma in Shenzhen. Methods : We have researched 20 cases of children with asthma on HLA-DRB1, DQB1 gene's expression and then treated them with vesiculation therapy in order to analyse the relationship between vesiculation therapy's effect and HLA-DRB1, DQB1 gene's expression. Results : HLA-DRBl*0901 and DQB1 0301 allele have shown the highest frequency on Children with asthma in Shenzhen region, and the results of total IgE in peripheral blood of children with asthma who have treated with vesiculation therapy showed that vesiculation therapy can significantly reduce the total IgE in peripheral blood of children with asthma, but there was no obvious correlation between the curative effect with HLA- Ⅱ gene. Conclusion: HLA-DRBI*0901 and DQBI*0301 may be the susceptible genes in children with asthma in Shenzhen area, but vesiculation therapy and allele without detailed correlation.
