目的:用"化痰瘀、调气血"心法来探究络脉论治中医药防治的独特规律。方法:运用"化痰瘀、调气血"心法和脏腑理论,结合中医络病的发病机理及病理生理特点,通过长期临床观察和不断理论总结,阐述"化痰瘀、调气血"心法的内涵精髓。结果:证明"化痰瘀、调气血"心法对于络病的中医病机、现代生物学基础等方面的相关性和同一性,并提出"宏观与微观理论""脏腑辨证"以及"治络必调气"的治疗原则。结论:运用"化痰瘀、调气血"心法指导络病临床诊治,完善中医药理论,有助于络病的临床疗效。

： Objective ： With ＂resolving pulegm stasis, regulating qi and blood＂ method to explore theunique law of collaterals differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and control. Methods ： Use ＂resolving phlegm stasisis, regulating qi and blood＂ art and viscera theory, combined with the pathogenesis of TCM disease and pathological physiology characteristic, through long--term clinical observation and theory summary, expounds the connotation of ＂phlegm and blood stasis, regulating qi and blood＂ method~ Results ： Prove ＂resolving phlegm stasis, regulating qi and blood＂ art of traditional Chinese medicine for the disease pathogenesis, modern biological basis of correlation and identity, and put forward the ＂theory of macro and micro＂, ＂visceral syndrome differentiation＂ and ＂governing collaterals shall be adjustable gas＂ principles of treatment. Conclusion ： Use ＂resolving phlegm stasis, regulating qi and blood＂ method to guide disease clinical diagnosis and treatment, perfect the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, help collaterals disease clinical curative effect.
