正交试验优化纳米雄黄温敏凝胶基质处方 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探索温敏凝胶药物制剂基质中辅料泊洛沙姆407(P407)、泊洛沙姆188(P188)、1,2-丙二醇(PG)对胶凝温度和黏度的影响,从而考察辅料的性能及其用量,制备出纳米雄黄温敏凝胶制剂。方法:采用正交设计,选取P407、P188和PG的浓度为考察因素,以胶凝温度、黏度和溶解度的综合评分为指标,优化纳米雄黄温敏凝胶的基质处方。结果:优选的基质处方为20%的P407、1%的P188和10%的PG。结论:按优选的基质处方制得的纳米雄黄温敏凝胶制剂黏度和胶凝温度良好。 Objective : To explore the effect of excipients in prescription of temperature-sensitive gel pharmaceutical formulation, poloxamer 407, poloxamer 18, and 1,2-propanediol, on gelation temperature and viscosity temperature-sensitive, then prepared Realgar nanoparticles thermosensitive hydrogel formulations. Method: By using the orthogonal design, the concentration of P407, P188 and PG were selected as factors, the comprehensive score of gelation temperature, viscosity and solubility index, matrix formulation optimization realgar nanoparticle thermosensitive gel. Result: Matrix formula optimization for 20% P407,1%P188,10% PG. Conclusion : The matrix formulation of the prepared nano-realgar preparation temperature sensitive gel viscosity and gelation temperature good.
