意识障碍中医研究概况

A Survey of TCM Research on Disorders of Consciousness

意识障碍是严重脑损伤导致的患者意识水平、意识内容和意识范围的改变,其病死率高、恢复时间长,目前缺乏行之有效的促醒治疗方案。该文通过回顾近年意识障碍的中医文献,整理中医在意识障碍病名、病因病机以及辨证分型方面的相关认识;并通过总结大量临床研究,分析辨证论治、中成药及针灸治疗对意识障碍患者的促醒疗效,发现在辨证论治原则指导下,中医药及针灸在促醒治疗方面具有独特优势。

Disorders of consciousness is a change of consciousness level, consciousness content and consciousness range of patients with severe brain injury.hs high mortality, long recovery time, and lack of effective treatment.This paper review the TCM-related literature on unconsciousness, reorganize the relevant understanding of TCM in the name, etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese Medicine.Through the summary of a large number of clinical studies, analyze the therapeutic effect of syndrome differentiation treatment, Chinese medicine and acupuncture, show that under the guidance of the principle of dialectical theory of governance, Chinese medicine and acupuncture has a unique advantage in the treatment.
