消化系统疾病应用调神法治疗临床研究

Clinical Study on Tiao Shen Therapy of Digestive System Disease

目的:观察调神法治疗消化系统疾病86例的临床疗效,探索调神法在消化系统疾病中的适应证、适应病、常用调神药的种类和用量、各组的疗效情况。方法:86例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,诊疗信息录入"结构化临床诊疗信息采集系统",建立病历数据库,利用中医临床经验分析挖掘平台总结本法的适应证、适应病、常用调神药以及各组疗效情况。结果:调神法治疗的消化系统疾病的病种十分广泛;消化系统疾病患者伴随的心神不宁症状中出现频次排序为失眠137次、心悸36次、多梦25次。使用频率较高的调神药物是:茯苓、制远志、炒酸枣仁、珍珠母、龙骨、牡蛎等。86例患者基于消化系统疾病症状疗效分析,调神治疗组与对照组有效率存在统计学差异P=0.002(双侧);基于心神不宁症状的疗效分析,调神治疗组与对照组有效率存在统计学差异P<0.001(双侧)。结论:调神法治疗消化系统疾病调神治疗组基于消化系统疾病症状及基于心神不宁症状的改善情况明显优于对照组。

Objective ： Observe clinical effects of Tiaoshen therapy on 86 patients with digestive system diseases. Investigate clinical indication, adaptation disease, the species and dosage of common sedative herbs, clinical effectiveness of the Tiaoshen therapy to digestive system diseases. Methods ： Random allocation was taken to divide 86 cases into treatment group and control group. All diagnosis and treatment information were collected and input the structured clinical diagnosis and treatment information collecting system, then the multidimensional relational database was built ~with correlation among symptoms, syndrome, disease, therapy, prescription of TCM, herbs, outcome.The TCM clinical experience was analyzed by the datamining platform. Summarize clinical indication, adaptation disease, the species and dosage of common sedative herbs, clinical effectiveness of the Tiaoshen therapeutic methods. Results： Tiaoshen therapy is widely used in variety of digestive system disease. The common symptoms with mental inquietude are irtsomnia （ 137 ）, palpitation （ 36 ）, dreaminess （ 25 ）. The most common used sedative herbs are Fuling, Yuanzhi, Suanzaoren, Zhenzhumu, Longgu and Mull et al. The outcome is significant different statistically （ P=0.002 ） betweentreatment and control group based on the patients＇ （ n=86 ） symptoms ofmental inquietude. Also there is a statistically significant difference （P〈0.001）between treatment and control group for the outcome base on the digestive symptoms. Conclusion ： The effectiveness of Tiaoshen therapy on improving mental and digestive symptoms is superior to control group.
