温泉疗养区干部中医体质调查情况分析

AN Investigation and Analysis on TCM Constitution Types of Convalescent Cadres in Hot-spring Sanitarium

目的:对部队温泉疗养院干部体质情况进行调查,为制定针对性的温泉水疗预防保健方案提供数据支持。方法:设计调查表,采用调查问卷的方式,对2013年1月—2014年2月来我区疗养的183名疗养干部体质分布情况进行调查,疗养干部的患病和体质情况使用频次法进行统计,中医体质类型分类采用层次聚类。结果:疗养干部中慢性疾患的整体患病率较高(61%),最常见的为高血压、冠心病等心血管疾患,9种基本体质类型中阳虚质41.53%(76/183)、气虚质39.89%(73/183)最为常见,其次是痰湿质32.79%(60/183),湿热质32.79%(60/183),阴虚质31.15%(57/183),血瘀质25.68%(47/183),而气郁质13.11%(24/183)、特禀质20.77%(38/183)则较少。对体质类型积分进行聚类的结果显示,气虚阳虚体质、气郁体质、阴虚痰湿湿热体质、瘀血体质4种类型为疗养干部的常见体质类型。线性回归分析疗养干部基线资料各变量与体质分型赋分的相关性,发现体重指数升高,则阳虚证评分升高(P=0.000),两者具有相关性。结论:该调查获得了疗养干部体质相关的基本资料,为充分利用温泉疗养因子,制定针对性的预防保健措施提供了数据支持。

Objective： To make the individual prevention and healtheare plan by investigating the constitution types in TCM of convalescent cadres in hot-spring sanitarium. Methods ： 183 Convalescent cadres were enrolled with self-designed constitution type questionnaire from January 2013 to February 2014, the prevalence and TCM constitution types were count up using Frequency method, the constitution types in TCM of convalescent cadres using hierarchical cluster analysis. Results ： The overall prevalence of chronic diseases in convalescent cadres was high （ 61% ）, essential hypertension （ EH ） and coronary heart disease were most common disease. In 9 types of TCM constitution, the most common TCM constitution types were Yang-deficiency type of constitution and Qi-deficiency type of constitution,41.3 % （ 76/183 ） and 39.9% （ 73/183 ）, respectively. Followed by phlegm-dampness type of constitution 32.8% （ 60/183 ）, damp heat type of constitution 32.79 % （ 60/183 ） and Yin-defieiency type of constitution31.15 % （ 57/183 ）, stagnant blood type of constitution 25.68 % （ 47/183 ）, while Qi stagnation constitution 13.11% （ 24/183 ） and the specific endowment constitution 20.77% （ 38/183 ）were small. The result o~ cluster analyses with constitution types in TCM marks showed deficiency of Yang and Qi~ Qi stagnation constitution, blood stasis constitution and Yin deficieney phlegm wet damp heat constitution were the most common types. Clustering analysis according to the results of baseline data of each variable and constitution types in TCM marks showed that the constitution types in TCM marks increased as BMI added, there existed a correlation between the two. Conclusions ： this survey has obtained the basic TCM Constitution Types data of convalescent cadres in hot-spring sanitarium, and the work will provide data support for making the individual prevention and healthcare plan by taking full advantage of hotspring convalescent factors.
