TDP Lamp Irradiation in the Treatment of Snake Strand Sore Dialectical Nursing

目的:观察中西医结合治疗蛇串疮配合TDP神灯照射的效果。方法:将71例蛇串疮住院患者随机分为实验组36例和对照组35例,实验组采用中西医结合治疗蛇串疮配合TDP神灯照射;对照组采用中西医结合治疗蛇串疮。结果:实验组在疼痛缓解天数和住院天数上优于对照组。结论:TDP具有操作简单、起效快、不良反应小等特点,值得推广应用。

Objective ： To observe the effect of combined treatment of snake strand sore with TDP lamp irradiation effect of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. Methods ： 71 cases of snake strand sore hospitalized patients were randomly divided into experimental group 36 cases and control group 35 cases and experimental group with traditional Chinese and western medicine combined treatment of snake strand sore with the TDP irradiation; the control group with combination of TCM and Western medicine to cure snake strand sore. Results ： The experimental group was better than the control group in the number of pain relief and hospital stay. Conclusion ： TDP lamp irradiation has the advantages of simple operation, raPid onset, small adverse reactions and other characteristics, it is worthy of popularization and application.
