四逆汤为少阴之主方。按少阴乃水火交会之地,元气之根,人身立命之主也。病至此际,是元气衰极,剥至于根。仲景立四逆,究竟是专为救这点元气说法。实则郑钦安认为仲景四逆不专为少阴立法,而上中下三部之法具备,可以广泛的应用于心、肝、脾、肺、肾,各科疾病,知得此理,便知得姜附之功用。
