香砂六君子汤治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫系统评价

Systematic Review and Meta-analyses of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction on Diabetic Gastroparesis

目的:系统评价香砂六君子汤治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法:搜集香砂六君子汤治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的随机对照试验,按照Cochrane协作网推荐的方法评估纳入研究的偏倚风险,提取相关数据,运用Rev Man5.2.6软件完成异质性检验、Meta分析、敏感性分析、倒漏斗图分析等相关统计分析。结果:共纳入15项合格研究,共计1262例患者,纳入研究均存在较高的方法学偏倚风险,Meta-分析结果显示香砂六君子汤与促胃肠动力药治疗相比临床总有效率RR=1.28,95%CI[1.21,1.35],RD=0.20,95%CI[0.16,0.24],结果有统计学意义,敏感性分析提示该结果稳定性较好;倒漏斗图分析显示不对称。结论:现有证据表明香砂六君子汤可提高糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效,但由于纳入研究的偏倚风险较高,尚需要开展样本量充足、设计合理、执行严格的临床试验进行验证。

Objective ： To systematically assess the efficacy of the Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction on diabetic gastroparesis. Method ： Randomized controlled trials of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction on diabetic gastroparesis were retrieved from the Coehrane Library, PubMed, CNKI, Wanfang database and CBM. The risk of bias of included studies was assessed according to the criteria recommended by the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of interventions. Such statistical analyses as heterogeneity analysis, meta- analyses, sensitivity analyses and funnel plot analyses were performed using the Review Manager 5.2.6 software. Results ： Fifteen qualified trials were included. The risk of bias was generally high and clinical heterogeneity exists among them. Meta analyses shows that the a Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction can improve clinical efficacy RR=1.28,95%CI[1.21,1.35], RD=0.20,95%CI[0.16,0.24].Funnel plot is asymmetry. Conclusion ： Current evidence indicates that treating diabetic gastroparesis with Xiangsha Liujunzil Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy. Due to the low quality of included studies, clinical trials with adequate samples, rational design and strict execution should be carried Out to provide more reliable evidence.
