含银离子一效膏纱条用于肛周脓肿术后初期换药疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Using Yixiao Gauze Strip with Silver Ions in the Early Days of Post-operational Sinus of Perianal Abscess

目的:观察含银离子一效膏纱条用于肛周脓肿术后初期换药的临床疗效。方法:对收入我院的25例肛周脓肿患者随机分为两组,于肛周脓肿切开术后第2天起,实验组予含银离子一效膏纱条填塞脓腔,对照组应用一效膏纱条传统换药。观察2组患者术后第3、5、7天局部疼痛、分泌物量、创面水肿情况。结果:观察期间创面水肿情况无明显差异(P>0.05)。实验组与对照组相比,有局部疼痛少、分泌物量大的特点(P<0.05)。结论:含银离子一效膏纱条比单纯应用一效膏纱条对肛周脓肿初期换药有明显疗效。

Objective ： Observation of using article Yixiao yarn with silver ions in the early days of post- operational sinus of perianal abscess. Methods ： Randomly divided 25 inpatient into the experiment group and the control group.In the experiment group, using Yixiao Gauze strip contains silver ions suffering into the early days of post-operational sinus of perianal abscess after the treatment of incision, another patients using Yixiao dressings.In the third, the fifth, the seventh day, local pain, wound secretion, wound edema were observed. Results ： There was no statistical significant in evaluation of wound edema （ P〉0.05 ）; however, local pain, wound secretion amount were better in the experimental group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： The early days of anus week abscess postoperative application for use Yixiao gauze strip contains silver ions better than simply Yixiao gauze strip.
