摘要
目的:评价青海省不同产地冬虫夏草药材的内在质量。方法:以高效液相色谱法测定来源于10个产地的冬虫夏草腺苷的含量。结果:10个产地冬虫夏草的腺苷含量范围在0.011%~0.065%,其中玉树冬虫夏草腺苷含量最高为0.065%,其次是果洛为0.041%,化隆、民和及互助三地产冬虫夏草腺苷含量稍高于2010版《中国药典》标准。结论:不同产地冬虫夏草的腺苷含量不同,以玉树、果洛两地冬虫夏草品质较优。
Objective:In order to evaluate ten different origin cordycepssinensis' immanent quality in Qinghai. Methods:we took HPLC as the detection. Results:the ten different origin eordyceps adenosine' s content were in the range of 0. 011 ~ 0. 065 %, and Yu Shu cordyceps adenosine's content were up to 0. 065 %, and the second was Guo-Lno which cordyceps adenosine's content were 0. 041%, while Hua-Long, Min-He and Hu-Zhu,these three place'scordyceps adenosine content are slightly higher than the "Chi- nese pharmacopoeia(2010)" regulation. This article implied that cordyceps adenosine's content is different in different producing ar- eas,Yu-Shu and Guo-Luo^scordycepssinensis quality better than the other place in Qing-Hai.
