两种复位手法治疗Colles骨折临床观察

Clinical Observation About Two Reduction Manipulation Treatments of Ccolles Fractures

目的:观察牵引折顶复位法治疗Colles骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取70例桡骨远端Colles骨折患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,对照组患者采用牵引复位手法进行治疗,治疗组患者采用牵引折顶复位手法进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:经过治疗,对照组患者整体优良率为71.4%,治疗组患者整体优良率为91.4%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用牵引折顶复位手法治疗桡骨远端骨折,更加省时省力,疗效更好。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂pull off the top Reset Law＂ treatment in Colles fractures. Methods： 70 cases of patients with Colles fractures chronologically were divided into two groups, control group with traction practices for treat- ment, treatment group with pull off the top reduction manipulation for treatment. Results：The overall rate of 71.4 % excellent,ex- cellent overall rate in the treatment group 91.4 %, the two groups have differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The use of traction off the top manipulative reduction treatment of distal radius fractures, while more time-saving, and better efficacy.
