摘要 为了选取适合于配电网特点的状态估计目标函数,建立了基于统计分析,以无偏性、一致性和估计质量为指标的状态估计目标函数性能评价体系,利用评价体系,对在输电网状态估计中广泛应用的目标函数(WLS,WLAV,SHGM,MES)的配电网状态估计性能进行评价,根据评价结果得出MES性能优越,是传统算法的最佳目标函数,且线路模型对低精度的负荷伪量测影响较大。以三相平衡PG&E-69系统和三相不平衡IEEE-33系统为测试网络验证该评价体系的合理性。 In order to select suitable objective function for the characterized distribution system state estimation, the state estimation objective function performance evaluation system is established based on statistical analysis and taking unbiased, consistency and quality as an indicator. By using the evaluation system, the distribution system state estimation performance of objective functions (WLS, WLAV, SHGM, MES) that is widely used in transmission system state estimation is evaluated aecording to the evaluation results. It is concluded that MES is the best objective function using traditional method, and has greater impact on the low pseudo measurement accuracy of load. Three-phase balanced PG&E-69 system and three-phase unbalanced IEEE-33 system are chosen as test network to test the reasonability of evaluation system.
