地铁车辆合成闸瓦的研制及制动性能1∶1台架试验

摘要 根据地铁车辆合成闸瓦存在的问题,设计了新型摩擦材料配方,采用干法生产工艺制造了新型的地铁车辆合成闸瓦.对研制的合成闸瓦进行制动性能1:1台架试验,包括摩擦磨损性能试验、坡道试验和洒水试验.研究结果表明:所研制的合成闸瓦在80km·h^-1速度下的最大制动距离、最长制动时间和踏面最高温度分别为161.9m、15.4s和118℃,平均摩擦系数为0.294~0.303,试验结束后测得停车制动磨耗量0.73cm^3/MJ.合成闸瓦制动过程中无噪音、火花和难闻气味.研制的地铁车辆合成闸瓦具有冲击强度高、压缩强度和压缩模量适中、吸水率和吸油率低、磨损量低和摩擦性能稳定等优点,完全能够满足地铁车辆制动的使用要求. A new-type ingredients of friction martial were designed against the problems of composite brake shoe for metro vehicle. This new-type composite brake shoe was manufactured using dry processing technique. Bake properties of the prepared composite brake shoe were carried out under 1 : 1 modulation tes- ting apparatus including wear properties test, ramp test and sprayed water test. The research results showed that the biggest braking distance, the longest braking time and the maximum tread temperature of prepared composite brake shoe are 161.9 m, 15.4 s and 118℃, respectively. The average coefficient is 0. 294~0.303. The braking wear value of composite brake shoe is 0. 073 cma/MJ after braking test. Noiseless, no spark and bad smell appear during brake testing of composite brake shoe. Due to the advantages of high impact strength, moderate compressive strength and compressive modulus, low water absorption and oil absorp- tion, low wear value and stable friction coefficient of the prepared composite brake shoe, it can meet com- pletely for brake requirement of metro vehicle.
