摘要 采用无机物(六偏磷酸钠)作为改性剂,机械化学力和水热法相结合的工艺对超细碳酸钙进行改性,且通过透过率、粒度分析、红外、XRD、SEM对超细碳酸钙的改性效果进行表征分析.结果表明:改性超细碳酸钙的粒径变小,粒径分布宽度变窄,在水相中分散稳定性变高,能很好地分散在水性塑胶涂料中,提高水性涂料的硬度与耐磨圈数,大大提高了涂料的力学性能.无机物改性超细碳酸钙的水热反应温度为120℃,反应时间为120 min,填充度为50%,超细碳酸钙的摩尔溶度为0.4 mol/L,摩尔比是12∶0.5时改性的效果最佳.改性碳酸钙应用到水性涂料中,固含量低于35%时,可以提高涂料的力学性能,并且在30%应用效果最佳. Using inorganic (sodium hexametaphosphate) as modifier, mechanization professional quali- fication and hydrothermal method technology of ultra-fine calcium carbonate was modified, Through the transmittance, granularity analysis, Zeta potential, IR, XRD, SEM characterization analysis effect of the ul- tra-fine calcium carbonate modified. Results show that the inorganic sodium hexametaphosphate, modifica- tion of ultra-fine calcium carbonate superfine calcium carbonate particle size smaller, narrow particle size dis- tribution width, in the water phase, and the high dispersion stability can be a very good dispersion in the plastic coating, improve the coating hardness and wear-resisting laps, greatly improving the mechanical properties of the coating. Inorganic modification of ultra-fine calcium carbonate water fluid temperature is 120 ℃, the reaction time of 120 rain, filling degree is 50%, the molar solubility of superfine calcium carbon- ate is 0.4 mol/L, the mole ratio is 12 : 0. 5 when the modification effect is best. Modified calcium carbonate used in water-borne coating, the solid content is below 35%, can improve the mechanical properties of coat- ings, and the application effect is best 30%.
