摘要
采用定性分析法和案例分析法,对连锁便利店物流系统的创新进行了研究。研究发现,连锁便利店物流系统的创新目标是缩短物流周期,以"日本7-11"为例,介绍了连锁便利店实行供应商的集约化和配送的共同化等一系列改革,其改革实践及以此为基础的物流创新理论对我国连锁便利店的发展具有启示意义。
In this paper, using the qualitative analytic process and the ease study approach, we studied the innovation of the logistics system of chain convenience stores aiming at shortening their logistics cycles, and next, in the case of 7-11 Japan, introduced the integrated development and the joint distribution practice of it.
