跨区域烟草物流中心协同配送模式探讨——以长株潭跨区域烟草物流配送中心为例

Discussion on Collaborative Distribution Mode of Cross-regional Tobacco Logistics Center: In the Case of Chang-Zhu-Tan Cross-regional Tobacco Distribution Center

分析了以行政区域为经营主体的传统烟草配送模式带来的重复建设、效率低下、物流成本高等难题,提出建立跨区域物流配送中心的协同配送模式,消除传统卷烟配送模式中的浪费,同时探讨协同模式进行跨区域物流配送中心的经营,提出卷烟物流配送中心新的模式。

In this paper, we analyzed the problems in the traditional development modes of the lobacco distribution centers with the administrative regions as the agents, proposed th,＋ cross-regional eollaboratiw＋ distribution mode for these distribution centers, and at the end, proposed a new operational mode for the cigarette distribution cenlers.
