摘要
简述了传统物流企业与现代物流企业的内涵,对传统物流企业经营管理存在的问题进行了分析,提出了由传统物流企业向现代物流企业管理转型升级的路径。
In this paper, we analyzed the problems in the operational management of the traditional logistics enterprises, and then proposed the path for the transformation and upgrading of such enterprises into modern logistics enterprises.
