摘要
分析了我国逆向物流的立法成就,重点探究了当前我国逆向物流立法存在的问题,在此基础上提出了完善我国逆向物流立法的相关策略。
In this paper, we analyzed the achievement of the reverse logistics legislation in China, focused on the problems existing therein, and on such basis, proposed the corresponding suggestions to improve the reverse logistics legislation in China.
